Breathe deep. I now have let go of you.

I decided to breathe deep and let go of things.

Starting with the simplest thing “desire” This new path which I have taken, desire is not needed. Breathe deep. I now have let go of desire.

Emotions! I was ruined by them. Never learnt from the mistakes made during the past. Kept on building emotional bridges to reach out, thinking I will be able to fill a certain someone’s heart with love, but I failed. Now I breathe deep. I now have let go of emotion. My heart crushed! If the foundation is not put up strait the relationship will crumble and fall. It happened to me! Once, Twice, Thrice. It left me with a weary heart. My heart has sent out a distress signal and my brain has taken over. I'm shutting down . . ... .

Paddy Cultivation in Mahiyanganaya

The majority of the people in this fertile area are engaged in paddy cultivation

Road to Mahiyanganaya

It is said that the  Lord Gautama Buddha visited Mahiyanganaya on a full moon poya day in January in order to settle a dispute between Yakka's & Naga tribe (These 2 tribes inhabited this area back in the day)

This was Gautama Buddha's first ever visit to Sri Lanka !

What do you do when somebody needs you? Do you look away or run to their rescue?

My favorite JLA comic heroes has gotten together with save the children and 2 more ngo's to support 8 million people who are suffering from hunger in the Horne of Africa!

One single person can help change a situation. Check out the video. I think it's pretty amazing.
